My Secure Backup offers the highest security standards to users of the service. Using AES-256 encryption with user-controlled key, your data is encrypted before it leaves your machine and only decrypted when restored.
Apart from encryption, our SLA guarantees 99.999999999% durability and 99.99% availability of objects over a given year. Or with other words, if you store 10,000 objects with us, on average we may lose one of them every 10 million years or so. This storage is designed in such a way that we can sustain the concurrent loss of data in two separate storage facilities.
All data is physically stored in data centers in the Republic of Ireland (EU).
